How To Choose To The Right University And Degree Course

Some people believe that a university degree is an important factor when it comes to choosing a candidate for a job. However, in my opinion, there are many other factors that should also be taken into consideration when searching for the right candidate.

For example, some major companies in China have been investing heavily in education and training their employees. Therefore, it might not be a matter of whether you have the degree or not. For these companies, an individual’s experience and background would be more important when it comes to hiring a candidate.

In addition, if someone has a university degree from a good university in their country but they lack professional skills and knowledge about China, they will probably end up being a mediocre performer. On the other hand, someone who does not have a university degree but has enough knowledge about China and can work effectively might become an outstanding candidate for the job.

In conclusion, I believe that choosing the right person for the job is more important than whether they are qualified or not. Therefore, when it comes to choosing a candidate, we should not only focus on degree and university; we should also consider the person’s skills, experience, and character.
